About The Position
Constellation Kids is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to serve school-age children in Norwalk, Connecticut. The role follows the school calendar and involves collaborating with school teams, families, and other therapists to help children achieve their goals. Services include evaluations and interventions delivered individually and in small groups. The therapist also provides documentation and reports and attends and contributes to IEP meetings.
Requirements
- Connecticut state Occupational Therapist license.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- School-based experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and provide interventions for children.
- Provide services in individual and small-group sessions, including leading small groups.
- Collaborate with school teams, families, and other therapists.
- Prepare documentation and reports for IEP meetings.
