About The Position
Constellation Health is hiring multiple Occupational Therapists to work at a school in Stamford, Connecticut. The role focuses on empowering school-age children to achieve their goals through evaluations and evidence-based interventions, including individual and small-group sessions. Therapists collaborate with school teams, families, and other therapists, and provide documentation and reports for Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. Requirements
- Connecticut state license as an Occupational Therapist.
