About The Position
Constellation Health is hiring multiple Occupational Therapists to work at a school in Stamford, Connecticut. The role focuses on helping school-age children achieve their goals through evaluations and evidence-based interventions, including individual and small-group sessions. Occupational Therapists work collaboratively with school teams, families, and other therapists, and provide documentation and reports for Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. The average caseload is 12 students. The work follows the school calendar, and travel may be up to 25%. Newly certified NBCOT occupational therapists are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Connecticut state Occupational Therapist license.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Pediatric experience preferred.
- School-based experience preferred.
- Newly minted NBCOT-certified occupational therapists are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and provide interventions for school-age children.
- Lead individual and small-group therapy sessions.
