Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
About The Position
Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its pediatric team at various clinics in Richmond, Virginia. The role works with children from birth through age 21, providing individualized, one-to-one care and customized plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate in sessions so they can support skills and home exercises in children’s daily lives. The team offers multidisciplinary collaboration, mentorship, and clinician autonomy and growth. Clinicians use ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, to reduce documentation time and spend more time with patients. The stated compensation range is $25–$38 per hour, with eligibility for a bonus.
Requirements
- The posting lists graduation from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
- The posting lists current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
