About The Position
Great Strides Rehab, a partner of the H2 Health family, is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their pediatric outpatient clinic in Land O'Lakes, FL. This full-time opportunity focuses on helping children develop essential skills for growth, play, learning, and thriving. The role is part of a therapist-led, multi-disciplinary team that values collaboration, creativity, and compassion, working with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Music Therapists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide a comprehensive approach to pediatric patient care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active or eligible OT license
Responsibilities
- Help children improve motor skills, sensory integration, and independence in daily activities
- Deliver individualized treatment plans that are functional, playful, and evidence-based
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support carryover at home and school
- Monitor progress, complete documentation, and adapt therapy strategies as needed
- Empower kids with developmental delays, sensory processing issues, ASD, and more
