About The Position

Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care has joined forces with Aveanna Healthcare, expanding its pediatric therapy care team and patient population. Aveanna provides pediatric therapy for children of all ages in multiple settings and matches therapists with patients based on medical condition, age, location, and acuity level. The position delivers occupational therapy in home settings and offers a 1:1 therapist-to-patient ratio, with caseloads clustered close to home. Full-time, part-time, and supervising-only arrangements are described as available. Aveanna is a national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults, with a mission to revolutionize homecare delivery, one patient at a time.

Requirements

• Meet the qualifications established by AOTA or another professional organization.
• Hold a license to practice Occupational Therapy in the current state of practice.
• Be willing to work in home settings.
• Have a valid, unexpired driver’s license and automotive insurance.

• Experience in pediatric rehabilitative services is preferred.

Responsibilities
