About The Position

Accucare Nursing and Home Care is hiring a 1:1 pediatric nurse in Montrose, NY. The role provides nursing care for a 12-year-old patient in the patient's home, school, or bus. The patient is non-ambulatory and has a gastrostomy, uses oxygen, is quadriplegic, and experiences seizure activity. Patient-specific training is provided. Other cases and shifts may be available in surrounding areas.

Requirements

NYS nursing licensure is required.
Must be computer literate.
Must complete onboarding before training.
Must have malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 nursing care in the patient's home, school, or bus.
Complete nursing notes within 24 hours after the shift.
