Pediatric LPN
About The Position
Make a real impact providing 1:1 pediatric care to children who truly depend on you. Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support pediatric clients in the Boonton, NJ area. If you value focused, meaningful care and want steady, reliable hours with a supportive clinical team, this role is an excellent fit. We have immediate openings for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday overnight shifts (10:30 PM–6:30 AM), along with a weekend day shift from 9:30 AM–5:30 PM. Requirements
- Active New Jersey LPN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Physical exam within 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR within 10 years
- Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing
- Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition
- Partner with families to promote comfort and stability
- Maintain infection control and proper equipment use
