About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate, experienced Pediatric LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes throughout the Bronx, NY. Requirements

• Active New York Registered Nurse LPN license
• Current BLS Certification
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within one year), or chest X-ray if applicable
• Proof of MMR immunity (laboratory report)

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred
