About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is expanding its Pediatric Division and is seeking compassionate, experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients.

Requirements

• Active Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Current physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the last year) or chest X-ray documentation, if applicable

Nice To Haves

• Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care)
• Valid driver's license preferred
