About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in the comfort of their homes throughout Westchester County. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about pediatric care and want to make a meaningful difference while enjoying flexible scheduling and strong clinical support. As a Pediatric LPN with Affirmed Home Care, you will deliver individualized nursing care to children in a home setting. You'll work closely with families to provide compassionate, high-quality care while helping children remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. Our experienced clinical team is committed to providing the guidance, resources, and support you need to succeed and grow in your nursing career.

Requirements

• Active New York State LPN license
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Physical completed within the past 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within one year) or chest X-ray (within five years)
• Proof of MMR immunity (lab report)

Nice To Haves

• One year of recent pediatric nursing experience preferred in home care, hospital, or acute care
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities
