About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is expanding its Pediatric Division and is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in the comfort of their homes throughout Fairfield County, CT. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Active Connecticut LPN license
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Current physical completed within the last 12 months
- Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care)
- Valid driver's license preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in their homes.
