About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is looking for a compassionate and experienced LPN to provide 1:1 pediatric private-duty nursing care in a supportive home environment. This is an opportunity to provide consistent, one-on-one care to a pediatric client who needs support with G-tube care, NPO management, seizure monitoring, mobility, and daily care needs. School nursing support and transportation to appointments may also be part of the role. We’re looking for someone who is caring, dependable, and comfortable building a consistent relationship with a pediatric client and family.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey LPN License
- Current BLS
- Pediatric nursing experience
- G-tube/feeding tube experience
- Comfortable providing total-care support
- Experience with seizure monitoring
- Reliable transportation
- Current physical and required health documentation
- Authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 pediatric private-duty nursing care in a supportive home environment.
- Provide consistent, one-on-one care to a pediatric client.
- Support G-tube care, NPO management, seizure monitoring, mobility, and daily care needs.
- Provide school nursing support.
- Provide transportation to appointments.
