Pediatric Home Care - Trach (LPN/RN)
About The Position
BAYADA Skilled Nursing in Mechanicsburg is hiring licensed practical nurses and registered nurses with trach-vent experience for pediatric home-care opportunities in Carlisle and Mechanicsburg. Nurses provide complex care at home to infants, children, and young adults and support the transition from hospital care to ongoing home-care services. The role offers an opportunity to learn to care for clients with rare and complex diseases. Nurses deliver quality care and provide extensive training to the ongoing care team. The position is available PRN, part-time, or full-time, up to 40 hours per week. Nurses earn $34 or more per hour. BAYADA provides one-on-one private-duty care, flexible scheduling based on nurse preferences, weekly pay, preventive care coverage for all employees (including PRN), PTO, and efforts to match nurses with nearby cases. Shifts may be mornings, overnight, or weekends, with 8-hour full shifts. The posting states there are no weekend or minimum requirements. BAYADA serves clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels and offers paid training to help nurses feel comfortable and competent on their first shift.
Requirements
- Current, valid nursing license in the United States as an LPN or RN.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- Trach-vent experience.
Responsibilities
