Pediatric Home Care - Trach (LPN/RN)
About The Position
BAYADA Skilled Nursing is hiring LPNs or RNs with tracheostomy-ventilator experience to provide complex home care to infants, children, and young adults in Carlisle and Mechanicsburg. Nurses support the transition from hospital care to ongoing home care, deliver quality one-on-one private-duty care, and provide extensive training to the ongoing care team. The position offers PRN, part-time, or full-time scheduling, up to 40 hours per week, with immediate night-shift opportunities. Nurses earn $34 or more per hour. BAYADA provides paid training beginning on day one, in the office, in the home, and online, as well as practice in adult and pediatric simulation labs and 24/7 on-call clinical support. Nurses use Statewise electronic charting. The organization cares for clients across ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels and offers paid training to help nurses feel prepared for their first shift.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the United States.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- Tracheostomy-ventilator experience.
