About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Pediatric Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to provide one-on-one private-duty care to clients in their homes in the Lancaster South End and Lancaster County area, including Kirkwood, Quarryville, Peach Bottom, and Willow Street. The organization serves clients of all ages with a range of diagnoses and acuity levels and provides paid training to help nurses feel comfortable and competent before their first shift.

Nurses receive paid training in the office, in the home, and online; practice in adult and pediatric simulation labs; and have access to 24/7 on-call clinical support. Electronic charting is completed using Statewise. Shifts are available in the morning or overnight, in 8- or 10-hour blocks. Scheduling is flexible, with PRN, part-time, and full-time options. The posting states there are no weekend or minimum-hour requirements.

Requirements

• Hold a current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduate from a qualified nursing program.

Responsibilities
