About The Position

Alligator Dental is seeking an exceptional full-time Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team in Central Texas. You'll practice alongside experienced Pediatric Dentists, including Dr. Al Burns, while providing exceptional care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. With established patient demand, experienced clinical teams, and multiple locations, you'll have the support and autonomy needed to build a successful, rewarding career.

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school
• Active Texas dental license (or eligibility)
• Nitrous oxide permit
• Current CPR and other required certifications

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of experience as a Pediatric Dentist
• Completion of a Pediatric Dental Residency

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch pediatric dental care to infants, children, and teens
• Create positive experiences and strong rapport with young patients and parents
• Collaborate closely with Dr. Al Burns and a team of pediatric pros
• Educate families on oral hygiene in a way that sticks (and even gets giggles)
• Maintain accurate records while keeping the vibe light and welcoming
• Stay up to date on pediatric best practices—we’re big on learning and growing!
