About The Position

Pediatric Dental Associates & Orthodontics is seeking a full-time associate pediatric dentist to join its growing, two-location, doctor-owned multi-specialty practice in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The practice has served Northwest Arkansas since 1999. Start dates are available from Fall 2026 through Summer 2027, with flexibility to accommodate residency graduation timelines.

The team includes four pediatric dentists, four general dentists practicing under pediatric protocols, and a full-time orthodontist, with a second orthodontist expected to join in early 2027. Both locations feature digital radiography, paperless charting, ceiling-mounted TVs, and custom-themed environments designed for children. The practice holds operating privileges at area hospitals and offers general anesthesia in its offices, enabling care for complex and high-need patients.

The practice's mission is to provide exceptional pediatric dental and orthodontic care in a gentle, fun environment where children feel safe and parents can relax. It aims to build trust and create positive experiences for children, while remaining active in year-round community outreach. The position offers a 4- to 4.5-day work week depending on hospital case scheduling and negotiable compensation.
