About The Position

TODAY DENTAL is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to work one day per week in a supportive, family-owned dental group. The role offers a drama-free, team-oriented environment, doctor-led practices, full clinical autonomy, and operational and marketing support. The dentist will care for pediatric patients and their families, with mentorship and collaboration from experienced doctors and owners. The practices are fully digital and use modern technology, with a PPO and fee-for-service patient base, no HMO, and referrals from 13 dental offices. The position offers a daily guarantee of $1,400 or 35% of adjusted production, with strong earning potential and a steady flow of new patients. The company also emphasizes community outreach, charity cases, volunteer opportunities with children's organizations, and team events.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree.
• Active or pending state dental license.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for working with children and creating positive dental experiences.
