About The Position
Lake Ridge Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an entrepreneurial Pediatric Dentist to lead a brand-new practice in Woodbridge, Virginia. The role offers significant clinical autonomy and the opportunity to build the practice alongside an established doctor-owner, shape the patient experience from day one, and pursue future partnership. The dentist will help develop clinical protocols, systems, and practice culture while delivering exceptional patient care. The modern practice has five treatment chairs, including three open-bay chairs and two private operatories, and is located in a growing, family-focused Northern Virginia community. The position offers $250,000–$350,000+ earning potential, a competitive compensation structure, and a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available. CE support, professional development, and a comprehensive benefits package are also offered.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Dentist.
- Eligible for Virginia dental licensure.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
