About The Position

Quince Orchard Dental Care is seeking a patient-focused Pediatric Dentist who values trust, teamwork, and clinical excellence. This role offers the autonomy of private practice supported by the operational, educational, and mentorship resources of Select Dental Management and Guardian Dentistry Partners. The position is part-time, available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays, with an annual compensation ranging from $90,000 to $140,000. Clinicians are encouraged to grow their skills, expand their capabilities, and build long-term, rewarding careers within a supportive, high-performing team in a modern, fully digital environment.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required), in good standing.
• Proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• GPR or AEGD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive pediatric patient care with a focus on patient comfort, education, and outcomes.
• Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions, and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
• Leverage digital tools such as iTero, CBCT, and Overjet to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
• Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.
• Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity, and growth.
