About The Position
Tri-Cities Orthodontics, an affiliate of Chord Specialty Dental Partners, is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to serve patients in Kingsport, TN. Chord Specialty Dental Partners is a leading DSO supporting pediatric practices, orthodontic locations, and surgery centers across six states. They leverage the latest equipment and technology to provide comprehensive dental care to infants and adolescents in a fun, welcoming environment. Chord provides business and operational support, allowing affiliated dental care teams to focus on patient-centered care. They are expanding their teams in their Home Support Office in Nashville, TN, and within their in-office opportunities.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state where providing care; license must be in good standing or eligible for licensure
- Active state-specific anesthesia restricted 2 license (to be able to administer nitrous oxide)
- Other certifications as required by state to include: DEA, CPR, PALS.
- No sanctions for Medicare, Medicaid, or any licensing board
Responsibilities
- Provide preventive services, diagnostic imaging, and a full range of restorative dental care.
- Administer nitrous oxide.
- Focus on true patient-centered care.
