About The Position
This role is for a Pediatric Dentist who enjoys variety, collaboration, and making a difference across multiple communities. The Floating Pediatric Dentist will serve the Austin market, providing exceptional care to children while working alongside experienced clinical teams in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Under the clinical leadership of Dr. Randy Hamilton, the dentist will focus on delivering outstanding pediatric dental care and creating positive experiences for children and families. The position involves practicing in multiple modern, well-established pediatric dental offices throughout the Austin area, serving a diverse patient population with consistent patient demand and a strong community presence.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program
- Active Texas dental license or eligibility for licensure
- Passion for pediatric patient care
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working across multiple practice locations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
