About The Position

Dr. Spiger and team are seeking an experienced, bilingual (Spanish/English) Dental Assistant who enjoys working with children, values teamwork, and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. The practice focuses on creating positive dental experiences that help children develop healthy habits and confident smiles. Candidates may have pediatric dental experience or be experienced dental assistants transitioning into pediatrics; support and training are provided.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Dental assisting experience.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Dependable, flexible, and eager to learn.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Current RDA and X-ray certification, or required state credentials.

• Pediatric dental experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dr. Spiger during pediatric dental procedures.
• Help create a fun, positive, and welcoming experience for every child and family.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Take digital X-rays and assist with charting and patient records.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and home care.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide exceptional care.
