About The Position

Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. This is a start-up clinic opportunity where you will partner with Ivy Rehab for Kids to grow your own outpatient pediatric clinic. You will focus on patient care while Ivy Rehab handles the business aspects like marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems. We provide support in selecting the clinic location, building and recruiting your team, marketing, legal, compliance, software, IT, HR, payor contracts, accounting, and revenue cycle management. We have a strong track record of opening de novo clinics and achieving sustained profitability.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
  • Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state.
  • Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.
