About The Position

This is a unique opportunity to "start-up" your own outpatient pediatric clinic in Trumbull, CT, in partnership with Ivy Rehab for Kids. As a Clinic Director & Equity Partner, you will focus on providing exceptional patient care to children while Ivy Rehab handles the business operations, including marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinic operations, managing clinical and non-clinical staff, and working with patients to provide individualized treatment plans. The role involves promoting efficient service utilization, program development, collaborating with digital marketing, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders. You will also lead continuing education initiatives, provide mentorship, and support team performance. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
  • Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in Connecticut.
  • Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.
