About The Position

Ivy Rehab for Kids is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director & Equity Partner to establish and lead a new outpatient pediatric clinic. This role involves overseeing all clinic operations, managing staff, providing direct patient care, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a passion for pediatric care and an entrepreneurial spirit. Ivy Rehab will provide comprehensive support in areas such as marketing, business development, legal, compliance, HR, and financial management, allowing the partner to focus on patient care and team leadership. This is an opportunity to build and own a successful clinic with the backing of a large, established network.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
  • Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state.
  • Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.
