About The Position
Rise Behavioral Services is looking for passionate, dependable, and caring individuals who love working with children and are ready to grow in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)! As an RLT or RBT, you will work one-to-one with children on the autism spectrum, providing direct ABA therapy while helping them develop meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be passionate about helping children learn and grow.
- Must be dependable, patient, energetic, and willing to learn.
- Must be ready to receive training and feedback in this growing field.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Work one-to-one with children on the autism spectrum.
- Provide direct ABA therapy.
- Help children develop meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
