About The Position

Strategic Therapy Autism Services is looking for passionate and dedicated ABA Therapists / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team at Strategic Montessori and Therapy Center in Lawrenceville, NJ. Strategic Montessori and Therapy Center is a center-based ABA therapy program serving preschool-aged children ages 2–5 with autism in Mercer County, NJ. Our program combines the individualized, evidence-based approach of ABA with a warm, engaging Montessori-inspired environment. Children receive individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy while participating in a structured setting designed to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Founded in 2020 as an in-home ABA provider, Strategic Therapy expanded into our dedicated center in 2023. We are a women-owned and operated organization led by two licensed behavior analysts with more than 20 years of combined clinical experience. Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • RBT certification preferred, but not required
  • A willingness to learn and receive ongoing feedback and supervision
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
  • The ability to actively engage with young children throughout the day
  • A genuine passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful progress

Nice To Haves

  • Previous ABA experience preferred
  • RBT certification preferred, but not required
  • We are willing to provide paid training and support toward certification for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment programs developed by a BCBA
  • Provide engaging, one-on-one therapy to children in a center-based setting
  • Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and other developmental skills
  • Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
  • Collect accurate data throughout therapy sessions
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment for clients
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and other members of the clinical team
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Maintain client confidentiality and follow all clinical and organizational policies
  • Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions
