About The Position
Join a growing ABA practice as an early team member, with a real voice in shaping how we care for children and families — and the culture we build together. You’ll work closely with experienced BCBAs and clinical advisors who provide genuine mentorship, regular feedback, and hands-on support. You’ll have room to grow, but you won’t be left to figure things out alone.
Requirements
- A passion for working with children
- Active RBT certification (Required)
- Reliable transportation for in-home sessions
Nice To Haves
- Fluency in Spanish (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes according to individualized treatment plans
- Help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through engaging activities
- Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs under BCBA supervision
- Collect accurate data, complete session notes, and communicate progress with your BCBA
- Build genuine, professional relationships with children and families
