About The Position

The PDI Foreman oversees pre-delivery inspections and service repairs at General RV Center. The role dispatches work brought into service by sales personnel and internal writers, coordinates parts delivery, supports staff in meeting daily responsibilities and goals, and works with service management to create an efficient and profitable department. The foreman also maintains shop morale, cleanliness, and organization; provides a high level of customer service; and ensures that established policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the RV, automotive, or powersports industry as a technician or dispatcher.
• Ability to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Reliable, strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance.
• High school diploma.
