About The Position

The PDI Group Lead leads a team responsible for ensuring every Barletta boat meets the company's quality, safety, and craftsmanship standards before it leaves the facility. The position contributes to the customer experience by overseeing pre-delivery inspections, resolving issues, and working with Production and Engineering to improve products and processes. The lead fosters an accountable, team-focused environment, develops team members, champions workplace safety, and seeks opportunities to improve efficiency and product quality. Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, production, quality, or inspection is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate a team of PDI team members.
• Conduct and oversee inspections to ensure boats meet Barletta quality and safety standards.
• Identify issues, coordinate solutions, and work with Production and Engineering teams to drive improvements.
• Help create a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment.
• Coach and develop team members, recognize successes, and encourage growth.
• Champion safety and help maintain a zero-harm workplace.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality.
