About The Position
Trinity Elms Assisted Living in Clemmons, North Carolina, is hiring PCA/CNA positions to serve residents in its senior living community. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with starting pay of $14 per hour and a stated salary range of $14–$16 per hour. Shift differentials are offered for certain shifts, including $2 per hour for the 11 p.m.–7 a.m. third shift and $3 per hour for the 3 p.m.–11 p.m. second shift. Weekend-only shifts are available for first, second, and third shifts, and 12-hour shifts are also offered. Employees are required to work every other weekend. Employees can access earned pay before payday through the Daily Pay app. A nurse tuition program is available to eligible teammates accepted into a community college nursing program; tuition is covered after applicable grants or scholarships, subject to the program’s work-hour and application requirements.
