About The Position
Trinity Elms Assisted Living in Clemmons is hiring PCA/CNA positions. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with starting pay of $14 per hour. Shift differentials are offered: $2 per hour for the 11 p.m.–7 a.m. third shift, $3 per hour for the 3 p.m.–11 p.m. second shift, and weekend-only shift differentials are available for first, second, and third shifts. Twelve-hour shifts are also offered. Employees are required to work every other weekend. Employees have access to Daily Pay, an app that allows them to receive earned wages before payday. Lutheran Services Carolinas also offers a Nurse Tuition Program for teammates accepted into an accredited community college nursing program. Tuition is fully covered after applicable grants or scholarships, provided the teammate works at a senior facility at least 22.5 hours per week and applies to the administrator at least four weeks before the semester begins. Requirements
