About The Position
The PC Technician is responsible for performing the pre-configuration of equipment prior to shipment to customers. The pre-configuration is to be done in a quality and consistent manner in accordance with documented instructions. Equipment pre-configuration shall also be validated to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment prior to shipment. This position is an entry level role with opportunities for advancement in the IT industry.

Responsibilities
- Follow specific written work instructions to efficiently provision and configure IT devices and otherwise prepare for device deployment based on customer requirements.
