About The Position

We're looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented PBX Operator to serve as the communication hub of our luxury resort. In this role, you'll connect guests with unforgettable experiences by answering calls with genuine hospitality, coordinating guest requests, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the property. Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Is fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Is comfortable learning hotel phone systems and property management software.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hospitality, PBX, front desk, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and with genuine warmth.
  • Connect guests with the appropriate departments while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist guests with special requests including wake-up calls, call screening, conference calls, and other telephone services.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource by providing information about resort amenities, dining, events, and local attractions.
  • Accurately record and relay guest messages and requests.
  • Respond calmly and efficiently during emergency situations, acting as a central communication point for the resort.
  • Collaborate closely with the Front Desk, Reservations, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Help resolve guest concerns quickly while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
  • Support Front Desk operations and other administrative duties as needed.
