About The Position
White Elephant Resorts is seeking a polished and service-driven Seasonal Concierge to join our team at our iconic Nantucket property. As a key point of contact at the main entrance desk, you will set the tone for each guest’s stay by delivering warm welcomes, thoughtful recommendations, and seamless service.
Requirements
- Concierge or strong customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of Nantucket Island strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Professional, confident, and guest-focused demeanor
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and confirm reservations
- Serve as the primary resource for guest information and assistance
- Provide personalized recommendations for dining, activities, and amenities
- Arrange transportation, excursions, and reservations
- Answer phones and manage guest communications
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
