By providing patients and internal and external stakeholders with a consistent, efficient, and easy experience, you’ll help ensure that patients at The Oregon Clinic receive the highest-value care tailored to their needs. Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this role include: Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administration of TOC’s payroll processes. Primary overseer and point of contact for TOC’s timekeeping system, Workforce Management (WFM). Primary point of contact for WFM and timecard questions and corrections. This is a high-volume, deadline-driven position requiring exceptional multitasking skills. Assists in the processing of bi-weekly and monthly payroll within required timeframes. Manages daily operations of WFM, including auditing hours, resolving missing punches, and optimizing scheduling workflows. Tracks compliance with state-specific labor laws, including meal/rest breaks, predictive scheduling, and overtime rules. Processes all new hire intake information and access to WFM. Processes final paychecks in compliance with state-specific termination laws. Prepares Payroll/HR Reports and distributes them to appropriate personnel. Archives Payroll documentation in the HRIS system. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of payroll administration and hands-on payroll processing experience is required. Candidates without payroll experience will not be considered.
  • Prior experience with UKG (Kronos/UltiPro) or a similar enterprise payroll system/HRIS is required.
  • Experience supporting the full payroll cycle, timekeeping review, and payroll data entry.
  • Knowledge of Oregon and Washington Payroll laws and requirements, including those governing terminations and final paychecks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable safety/OSHA procedures and requirements.
  • Ability to thrive, be productive, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
