About The Position

Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll for 200-300 employees across multiple construction projects. Maintains employee timekeeping records, processes new hires, terminations, wage rate changes, and payroll adjustments, while ensuring compliance with union agreements, certified payroll requirements, and company policies. Coordinates with field personnel, Human Resources, Corporate Payroll, and project management to resolve payroll discrepancies and support workforce administration. Prepares certified payroll reports, union reporting and payments, fringe benefit documentation, and audit-related reconciliations. Provides administrative support including document control, office supply management, shipping coordination, employee payroll inquiries, and front-office backup support.
