About The Position
Payroll Representative II serves as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients using UKG Ready payroll and workforce management services. The role provides customer support, builds client relationships, resolves payroll-related inquiries, and ensures timely and accurate service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, client-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly. The position involves researching and resolving payroll issues while maintaining accuracy and compliance, communicating with clients and remote team members through email and video meetings, and using Excel to create payroll import templates for clients.
