The Payroll Manager oversees end-to-end payroll operations for a multi-state, multi-entity organization, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and union and Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements. This role manages accurate and timely payroll processing, reconciliations, tax filings, benefit remittances, and internal controls. The Payroll Manager leads payroll audits, supports system improvements, and partners cross-functionally to uphold payroll integrity and compliance. This will be a hybrid role. The position requires in-office attendance three days a week, from Tuesday to Thursday.
