This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the weekly payroll process, ensuring strict compliance with Wage & Hour regulations, and preparing for month-end processing. It also involves partnering with operational leaders to analyze revenue, cost, labor, guest satisfaction, and product performance data to identify opportunities for increased profitability and operational efficiency. The analyst will utilize advanced analytical tools to interpret complex data, develop financial models, monitor key performance indicators, and provide strategic recommendations. This includes analyzing food, beverage, labor, and procurement costs, supporting business cases, and championing labor management systems. Familiarity with Fairmont Standards and financial policies is essential.
