This role involves managing all aspects of the weekly payroll process, including statutory reporting, vacation and holiday entitlements, wage and hour compliance, and payroll-related tax remittances. Simultaneously, the position partners with operational leaders to analyze revenue, cost, labor, guest satisfaction, and product performance data. The goal is to identify opportunities for increased profitability and operational efficiency by utilizing advanced analytical tools, developing financial models, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing strategic recommendations. This includes analyzing food, beverage, labor, and procurement costs, supporting business cases, and championing labor management systems.
