About The Position

Procare HR is seeking a remote Payroll Implementation Specialist to ensure successful implementation of client payroll services. The specialist serves as the client’s initial payroll contact and payroll subject matter expert, and owns testing payroll-related modules and workflows as well as training clients and internal users. The role also participates regularly in process improvement and issue resolution. The ideal candidate is analytical and methodical, has PEO or Shared Services experience, understands payroll and HR systems, and is passionate about helping others.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration, payroll analytics, or payroll system development.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management, data analytics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with payroll processes, including payroll auditing, payroll calculations, tax withholdings, wage deductions, and timekeeping systems.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with payroll processing platforms, including HRIS; UKG Ready experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• PEO or HR Shared Services experience is strongly preferred.
