Payroll Implementation Specialist I
About The Position
Insperity is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to accurately and timely implement payroll and supporting services for newly assigned clients. The role supports client retention, growth, and satisfaction by onboarding clients, analyzing, entering, and balancing payroll data, processing payroll, and reviewing payroll reports before distributing them to clients. The specialist supports clients throughout implementation and serves as a trusted advisor to internal partners. The work includes handling a high volume of small- to medium-sized clients with varied company structures and locations across multiple states and localities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Four to six years of payroll or relevant experience.
- FPC or CPP certification, or completion of the FLSA PayTrain module with an 85% score.

Responsibilities
- Onboard newly assigned clients to payroll and related services, ensuring accurate and timely implementation.
- Execute client relationship strategies that build trust in the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services.
- Review client-provided payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter and balance payroll data accurately.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Process payroll, review and analyze payroll reports for accuracy, and distribute reports to clients.
