About The Position

Insperity is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to implement payroll and supporting services accurately and on time, helping drive client retention, growth, and satisfaction. The role onboards newly assigned clients, analyzes, inputs, and balances payroll data, processes payroll, and reviews payroll reports for accuracy before distributing them to clients. The specialist supports clients throughout implementation and acts as a trusted advisor to internal partners. The position serves a high volume of small- to medium-sized clients with varied company structures and locations across multiple states and localities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of payroll or relevant experience.
• FPC or CPP certification, or completion of the FLSA PayTrain module with an 85% score.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard newly assigned clients to payroll and related services, ensuring accurate and timely implementation.
• Execute a client relationship strategy that builds trust in accurate and timely payroll delivery for a high volume of small- to medium-sized clients.
• Review client-provided payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
• Input and balance payroll data accurately.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Process payroll and review and analyze payroll reports for accuracy before distributing them to clients.
• Support clients during implementation and serve as a trusted advisor to internal partners.
