Stefanini Group is looking for a Payroll Implementation Consultant for a globally recognized company. This role is part of Project PROPEL, where Heidelberg Materials is implementing ADP Lyric Payroll for the United States and Canada, retiring JD Edwards (JDE) Payroll. This transformation aims to eliminate a dual-HCM landscape by transitioning payroll administration from JDE to ADP and establishing Workday as the single system of record for employee data. The implementation involves redesigning and transitioning existing JDE integrations and interfaces to Workday and ADP, including connections with UKG, SAP, HCSS, TMW, and other operational systems and vendors. The selected partner will provide client-side advisory, project governance, and payroll transformation expertise to support implementation readiness, solution design validation, integration strategy, risk management, testing, and successful deployment.
