LumApps is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end digital transformation journey for enterprise clients. This role bridges the gap between high-level business strategy and complex technical execution, ensuring the digital workplace is scalable, governed, and widely adopted. Requirements

  • 2-5 years proven track record in SaaS implementation, solution consulting, or digital workplace delivery within enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional ability to translate technical complexity into business value for both executive and operational audiences.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CMS, and digital workplace tools (e.g., LumApps, SharePoint, Simpplr, Unily, Igloo).
  • Strong skills in risk management, project prioritization, and the ability to drive clarity in highly ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end digital transformation journey for enterprise clients.
  • Bridge the gap between high-level business strategy (the "Why") and complex technical execution (the "How"), ensuring the digital workplace is scalable, governed, and widely adopted.
  • Act as a lead consultant for stakeholders to align platform deployment with long-term business goals and ROI.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify organizational pain points and architect complex enterprise-grade configurations, advanced information architecture, and global governance models.
  • Lead multiple concurrent SaaS deployments, managing technical specifications, data migrations, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner with the Project Manager to ensure technical delivery aligns with the strategic vision.
  • Conduct product training and change management strategies designed to accelerate user activation and consistently scale Weekly Active Users (WAU) across all key personas (HR, IT, and Ops).
  • Act as the voice of the customer for Product and Engineering teams, turning field insights into repeatable methodologies and product enhancements.
