About The Position

ADP is seeking a Payroll Implementation Consultant to join their team. This role involves carrying the ADP relationship forward after a sale and enabling the first interaction between mid-sized business clients and ADP's payroll and HR solutions. The consultant will build relationships with clients and implement ADP's technologies to ensure client success, impacting the day-to-day lives of clients' employees. The role requires understanding client business needs, analyzing existing systems and processes, and guiding clients toward the best solutions. The position offers variety due to clients spanning different geographies and industries, with comprehensive training provided. The role is in a metrics-driven environment, requiring adaptability, strong client-facing skills, clear communication, and a focus on client satisfaction. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment or systems integration environment
  • Basic project management skills
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons
  • Military experience is also considered, emphasizing skills like teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through.

  • A college degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard clients, creating exceptional onboarding experiences and helping clients develop skills to use products with ease.
  • Implement ADP Technologies by consulting with clients, analyzing existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, and recommending/implementing ADP solutions.
  • Partner internally with ADP sales and customer service associates, exchanging information with client project teams regarding priorities, timeliness, and issues.
  • Multi-task and communicate effectively by working on multiple time-sensitive projects, following up on items, sharing essential information with clients and internal teams, adhering to a daily schedule, and managing a high volume of inbound calls.
  • Handle increased daily phone time during peak seasons.
