About The Position

ADP is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying the ADP relationship forward after a sale, enabling the first interaction between mid-sized business clients and ADP's payroll and HR solutions. You will build relationships with clients and implement ADP's technologies to ensure their long-term success, impacting the day-to-day lives of their employees. You will ensure clients are comfortable using ADP's products and services by partnering with them to understand their business needs, analyzing existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, and guiding them towards the best solution. The role involves meeting new clients across various geographies and industries, requiring different solutions for their specific needs, which will be supported by ADP's top-ranked training. To thrive, you must be comfortable in a metrics-driven environment, possess strong client-facing skills to build rapport and trust, and communicate clearly and professionally. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Onboard Clients: Create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation. Help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease through expertise and relationship-building.
  • Implement ADP Technologies: Consult with clients and analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution. Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing the ADP solution.
  • Partner Internally: Collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service and exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise.
  • Multi-Task & Communicate: Work on multiple time-sensitive projects and follow-up items at the same time. Share essential information with clients and the teams you work with at ADP.
  • Organize: Adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls. Daily phone time may increase during peak seasons, like at the close of the calendar year.
